With our CNC turret punch presses we are able to punch up to 10 gage mild steel in sheet sizes up to 43" x 120", with accuracies of +/- .004". Close tolerance press brake forming is done utilizing hydraulic brakes with 2 and 3 axis gaging systems which allow us to control ram depth, speed, dwell as well as the location and sequencing of the gauge fingers and their retracting points. Heavier gage materials are processed through our shear and secondary press areas. Our Strippit 30/30 has an automatic gaging system which allows us to process prototype and short run jobs quickly. Heavy gage HR steel and copper buss bar is ideal for this single station machine. We are capable of punching up to 1/4" thick mild steel and 3/8" thick aluminum, copper and brass and 1/8 stainless steel.
